Here's a box I made. Easy to do, it used Peltex I think it's called, really thick interfacing type stuff and Misty Fuse, a new to me, very light weight fusible that doesn't gum up the needle. This box has 5 or 6 layers of the Misty Fuse. You iron it down using parchment paper on top - it really gums up the bottom of the iron though, if you happen to iron over an unprotected spot.

Bonnie Hunter bargello finished

Today I finished this quilt. It's not the first one I've made using this pattern. I really enjoy doing this since it uses 2 1/2" strips and I have many of them.
It measures 58" x 72", a little bigger than what I usually make.

2 quilts for Pine Ridge

These 2 quilt tops were given to me by Susan, my mail person. I quilted them and will be sending them to Pine Ridge Reservation. I had some pine cone-y fabric that I used for the back. The picture on the top is very blurry. Of course I sealed up the box before I checked the picture out.

I'm a blogger now.......

Well, darn, that was so simple. I could have been blogging a long time ago if I had known how easy it was going to be to get started.
I started a blog because Bonnie Hunter said I should. I am getting ready to do a mystery quilt she has designed and want to be able to show my progress.
